DOOR SENSOR FAILURE


The MV1 will display the following LED sequence when the door is open and you are trying to vape:


* 1 solid middle red and 1 green flashing side to side (x4)


If the door of your MV1 is closed and you're seeing the above sequence, your door sensor has failed. We are happy to issue you a replacement and arrange for the return of the broken unit. 


To expedite a warranty replacement, please create a video that includes the following information: 


1.) Turn MV1

2.) Put MV1 in vape mode

3.) Press and hold vape button and make sure the LED display is showing so that we can see the error code

Please make sure to provide the following information in your ticket:
1.) Order number or Retailer name
2.) Serial Number of your MV1 - You can find it on the box, or behind the unit when you remove the battery

LATCH FAILURE


Latch failure can occur due to normal wear and tear. This is repairable, or, in some cases, can be replaced using the warranty.

STIFF OVEN DOOR


The oven door on a new MV1 can be stiff to open. This will ease up after initial uses. If you are having too much trouble, please provide the following information in a support ticket:

LATCH BREAKAGE


The latch breakage defect is a rare but known issue specific to the Stealth model and is covered by the warranty. We are happy to issue you a replacement and arrange for the return of the broken unit. Just curious, since the issue is specific to the Stealth, would you prefer a different finish for the replacement? We have the Black Chrome, Satin Silver, Nickel, and Rose Gold in stock. If you choose the Stealth I will provide best practice for opening and closing the latch in my subsequent email.
