If you've created your account and you're unable to login (error message may be invalid password, etc.) please click on the this link >>> "Forgot Your Password" or on the login page to reset your password.
You will be asked to enter your email address (the same email address that you used to create your account please) and we will send you an email that contains a link to reset your password. Please check your spam/junk/trash folders if the email does not arrive in your inbox.
If you're still having issues, please submit a support request by clicking here >>>> New Support Request and provide the following information:
1.) Email used for your account
2.) Purpose for logging in (e.g., if you need to register your MV1, it's also possible that what you're trying to accomplish does not require logging in to an account)
3.) Serial Number and Order number or name of retailer (If you need to register your MV1)
4.) State that you authorize a GHOST representative to access your account
