Due to cyber security regulations and other restrictions placed on us we're unable to make adjustments to orders that have been submitted. To cancel your order, please create a support request and provide your order number along with your request and a representative will assist you.
What we can do is cancel the existing order and subsequently issue a refund. You can submit your new order at your convenience.
Once the refund is issued it takes 3-5 business days for your bank to complete the process on their end.
