In certain instances the MV1 can get stuck when updating (indicated by amber lights flashing side to side), which may happen if your phone and vape lose connection during an update. When this happens, please follow the steps below: 


STEP 1

1. Delete/uninstall the GHOST App
2. Re-install GHOST app
3. Remove battery from MV1 and re-insert (this essentially resets the device)


STEP 2

FOR ANDROID
(1) Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device
(2) Enable "Location Services" on your phone settings
(3) Turn on your MV1
(4) Open the GHOST app, click "Pair New Vape"
(5) Press and hold both the mode button and vape button on your MV1 at the same time until the LED lights flash from side to side
(6) Press "Continue" on your app and your MV1 will attempt to pair


FOR iOS
(1) Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device
(2) Turn on your MV1
(3) Open the GHOST app, click "Pair New Vape"
(4) Press and hold both the mode button and vape button on your MV1 at the same time until the LED lights flash from side to side
(5) Press "Continue" on your app and your MV1 will attempt to pair
