Shipping Guidelines

Orders placed before 11AM PST M-F are processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after cutoff time, outside of business hours, or on holidays are processed the next available business day. Our shipping department is closed during the weekend. Tracking information is provided via email the evening your order is shipped. Please check your spam/junk/trash folders if you do not see our email in your inbox. 


Example 1

Order submitted on Thursday at 8:30AM PST will be processed and shipped same day


Example 2

Order submitted on Saturday at 10:59AM PST will be processed and shipped on the next available business day


Example 3 

Order submitted on Tuesday at 3:30PM PST will be processed and shipped on the next available business day


* UPS Ground and UPS 2Day are offered free for orders $100 or more        

* UPS Saturday delivery is not an available option


Warranty Replacement Orders

Warranty replacement orders are processed separately from standard orders. These orders cannot be combined to ship at the same time. 


Warranty replacement orders are processed within 1-2 business days after all required information is received. Customer Care will provide return labels and instructions in your email with tracking information for your order.
